When to Arrive
As a medical facility, we request all new clients arrive 10 - 15 minutes early to fill out patient case history forms and consents. If you will be applying numbing cream at our facility, please arrive 15 - 45 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Parking
Non-validated parking is available directly across the street at 415 North Bedford. There is metered street parking, as well as a public parking facility at the southwest corner of North Bedford and Little Santa Monica, adjacent to the Rite-Aid Pharmacy (1 hour free).
Payment
We gladly accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Spa Finder gift certificate. In addition, there are financing options available to those who qualify.
Cancellations
We request at least 24-hour cancellation notice, and 48-hour notice for all appointments scheduled with Dr. Cadoux. Cancellations with same-day notification will be charged the full service fee for facials and electrolysis, and 50% of treatment fee for laser appointments two hours or less. A 50% deposit is required for all injection appointments and for laser treatments lasting longer than two hours, and this deposit will be forfeited if we do not receive sufficient notice of cancellation. We do our best to be flexible and accommodate our clients busy and varied schedules, and we kindly ask for your respect and consideration.
For Your Added Comfort
For your additional comfort, Dr. Cadoux can prescribe a topical anesthetic cream, usually applied 15 - 45 minutes prior to treatment. Additionally, Laser Solutions offers Lidocaine injections to ensure pain-free procedures.
Referfals
Laser Solutions works with many dermatologists, plastic surgeons and other aesthetic practitioners, not only in Beverly Hills, but nationwide to serve the needs of our bi-costal clients. Because of our longstanding reciprocal referral relationships, consultation fees are waived as a courtesy to Laser Solutions clients.
